Update on the Home Show.
Thank you
to all the volunteers who helped out at the Home Show on
Feb 12-13.
Just
before the show ended on Sunday one of the co-ordinators
stopped by the booth to tell us that we were one of the
most requested booths (for directions). Hopefully we
can continue this service work next year. Again thank
you to all involved.
Jerry K.

February 12th and 13th
Flagler A. A. performed a
community public information
service at the Home Show and
Service Fair. The A.A. booth
was located among other
public service, health, and
spiritual groups represented
at the Service Fair. Many
people picked up "Where and
Whens" and brochures. |
The A.A. booth was next to the
Flagler Beach Museum booth. The man
in charge was talking to everyone
who walked by and asked why we were
not doing the same. I explained that
we were not promoting A.A. and that
we were only giving out pamphlets to
those people who stopped by and
asked for information.
My thanks go out to Jerry K. for his
organization and leadership.

Success!
Not only did those attending have a
wonderful time, Howie B, as
treasurer of Flagler Intergroup,
tells us that we even made a small
profit of $80! |
