REMINDER: INTERGROUP MEETS THIS COMING MONDAY APRIL 4, 2005 AT 7:00 pm IN THE LIND EDUCATION CENTER OF FLORIDA HOSPITAL FLAGLER.

 

Minutes – Flagler County Intergroup – March 7, 2005

Sally S. called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM at Flagler Hospital.

 

Treasurer’s report for February 2005: beginning balance $2458 + deposits $2715 – withdrawals $1890 = $3283

Dinner/Dance report Income $2177 - expenditures $2096 = $81

Treasurer’s report was approved.  The minutes of 1-31-05 were approved.

 

Old Business:

                A. Thanks to Gary G. for a great job on the Dinner/Dance.

New Business:

A.  Dianne needs literature for the jail – it was suggest that she prepare a list of the needs and submit them to the Literature chairperson. The literature will be provided and Intergroup will bill the District.

B. Elections

1.     Chairperson - Gail L.

2.        Vice Chairperson– Janice N.

3.        Treasurer – Bob H

4.        Secretary – Jennifer

5.        Literature – Dave H.

6.        Editor of the Promises – Sally S.

7.        Where & Whens – Howie B.

C.       Dinner/Dance Discussion. It was decided to wait until next meeting to make a decision on   the location of the Dinner/Dance.

D.      Jerry K. will purchase 50 tickets for a Cubs game.

E.       Pat P. suggested that we discuss the forthcoming picnic at the next meeting.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:40
